You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. We understand that you may need to open the box to inspect the product; however, the item cannot show any signs of use, wear, or assembly.
Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories that were included in the original shipment.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase from theeasyt.com is required to process your return.
The customer is strictly responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. * Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. EasyTravel is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
Once we receive your returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection.
We will immediately notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned product.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's specific policies.
To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team at easytravel450@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our facility without prior authorization from our support team.
