At EasyTravel (owned and operated by Elias and Ibrahim LLC), we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a strict Basic 90-Day Limited Warranty for all authentic EasyTravel products purchased directly from our official website (theeasyt.com).
1. What is Covered
Our 90-Day Limited Warranty guarantees that your product will be free from structural and manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of 90 calendar days from the original date of purchase.
If a legitimate manufacturing defect is discovered during this 90-day period, EasyTravel will, at its sole discretion:

Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable model.

Issue a partial or full refund for the purchase price of the product.
2. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
To protect our business and provide fair service to all customers, this warranty is strictly limited. This warranty does NOT cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual degradation resulting from standard use, including but not limited to fabric wear, fading, or minor deterioration of moving parts.

Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, scuffs, stains, color changes, or other cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the product.

Travel & Transit Damage: Damage caused by airlines, baggage handlers, TSA, shipping carriers, or other transit companies. (If an airline damages your bag, you must file a claim directly with that airline).

Misuse & Abuse: Damage resulting from overloading, dropping, severe impacts, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or water damage.

Unauthorized Modifications: Any product that has been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized EasyTravel representative.

Unauthorized Retailers: Any product purchased second-hand, from an unauthorized third-party reseller, or from auction sites. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is strictly non-transferable.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered under this 90-Day Limited Warranty, please follow these exact steps:

Contact Us: Email our warranty department at easytravel450@gmail.com within the 90-day warranty period.

Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your original EasyTravel order number and the email address used to place the order.

Submit Evidence: Attach clear, well-lit photographs or videos clearly showing the suspected defect, along with a brief written description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days. Do not mail any products back to us without prior written authorization.
4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims If your warranty claim is approved and we request that you return the item for repair or inspection, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item to our facility. If the item is deemed defective and covered under warranty, EasyTravel will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. ELIAS AND IBRAHIM LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event shall Elias and Ibrahim LLC or EasyTravel be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or damage to personal property contained within the product. Our maximum liability under any circumstance will never exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
