Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take? A: We are committed to rapid fulfillment. Your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered to your door within 3 business days from the time your order is placed.
Q: Who will deliver my order? A: If you are located in the Dallas, TX metropolitan area, your order will be delivered directly by the EasyTravel internal delivery team. For all other nationwide orders, we securely package and ship your items using trusted third-party carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the delivery destination and the weight/dimensions of your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be completely unused, show no signs of wear or assembly, and be in its exact original packaging.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping? A: Yes. The customer is strictly responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
